* Kompetensi cukup PHP & MySQL saja. Bagus kalau mengerti semacam CodeIgniter, Smarty, CakePHP.
* Kalau bisa, sudah ngerti javascript juga, semisal AJAX, Ext.js
semacam itulah.
* Kalau bisa juga, mengerti HTML dan CSS, itu lebih canggih.
* Team player, serius dalam kerja, kreatif, inovatif, punya inisiatif sendiri.
* Hardworking person, especially in deadlines.
* Umur dibawah 30 tahun. We are not that old.
* Kontrak 1 tahun dengan probation 3 bulan. Tapi tidak tertutup
kemungkinan full employment kalau memang you got what it takes to be a true programmer.
* Lokasi kantor di Kemang Raya, Bangka, tempatnya orang gaul. :P
* Remunerasi 1,5 juta, plus benefit kalau mengerjakan proyek dan
peluang raise.

Sarana kantor (ngga penting sih, tapi kali mau pindah rumah sekalian):

* Internet full throttle 24/7
* Flexible working hours, yg penting 40 hours a week.
* Your own PC with widescreen 17" LCD. Silahkan pilih mo pake
Duo Core PC atau miniMac.
* Coffee, tea, refrigerator, Microwave kl ingin ngangetin masakan
ibu, television, PS2 kl suntuk, and sofabed buat selonjor.
* Rekan-rekan kantor yg baik, jaim dan gokil.

*FLASH ACTION SCRIPTER*

* Kompetensi cukup kemampuan Action Scripting yang baik.
* Tujuannya untuk develop game berbasis flash (simple point and
shoot game, but sophisticated).
* Desain dan business process dari team kreatif semua, jadi all
you have to do is actionscripting (and of course tweening, keyframing, all that stuff).
* Project base, 2 months. Freelance, jadi ngerjain di rumah
fine-fine saja, asal mau diajak meeting once a week.
